It is run by the MG University. If its affiliation has been cancelled, CEE will not be allotting candidates to the college. There is no information on this. See the last ranks of trial allotment to know the student preference for the college.

i wish to know whether we would have to lock our options in CAP as we did in AIEEE counselling or just leave it as such

There is no locking facility in KEAM as in AIEEE. Ensure that you have saved all the options registered, keep a print out of the list and log out properly from the Home Page. That should be OK.
sir,i have been allotted Cochin cooperative medical college,under management quota,through cee counseling 2009,in trial allotment as declared on 12th of July.if i gets confirmed in the 1st allotment,and accordingly, if i go for the management quota,will i b considered in the second counseling for my higher options in other self financing colleges? if so, will the difference in the fees refunded?what will be the approximate date for 2nd counseling?

If you remit fee and join the college (if MBBS/BDS allotment) as per the schedule announced by CEE, you will be eligible for higher options. If you move to a course with a lower fee, the balance amount will be refunded by the CEE directly to you. The date for second round has not been announced so far.

If i join for civil engg and in secind allotment i get foe eee in same collage,then can i change to eee?Is the fee submitted for civil engg course then refundable?

In Engg, you are not asked to join the college based on first allotment. You may be asked to join only based on second allotment. So branch change in same college will not be a problem under Govt quota.
Regarding fees structure is it correct that if i am alloted self-financing engineering college seat i have to pay a yearly fee of 35000 plus a depsit of 1.5 lakhs which is non refundable?moreover in govt controlled self-financing college do we have to pay 1.5 lakhs for the management seats for which the fee is 65000?

Deposit is not there for Government seats in Private SF Colleges nor in Management seats in Govt Controlled SF Colleges allotted by CEE.

I could have been Trial allotted my option number 6 or 9,but was allotted my option no 12 after i checked with the last rank details given.Can you please explain how the allotments are made from the option list we gave?Is it from the top or bottom that we are allotted(even for all allotments continue)?

Why this happened cannot be said without knowing your rank, options etc. If you have registered options 6 and 9 after 5 pm on 11th July, the same would not have been considered for trial. Anyway options of a candidates are considered from priority number 1 downwards (2,3...)
maths is very importnt in civil or ee.

Mathematics is compulsory in all branches of Engineering upto semester 5.
i am a student who got a rank of 1836 in eng ent.Nw i got mech prod in tkm.if i also got this in hte secind allotment to after that if there is seat if more no of students didnt join then can i jump to mechanical ion tkm.

If you get Mech Prod at TKM in first allotment, you can move to Mech at TKM in second round only if you become eligible for that as per your rank and options.

The options above the one allotted (if any) in the first allotment would be higher options for you. You will get a chance to delete the options you are not interested further, before the second allotment.

If you are refering to the first allotment to be announced on 17th July, you would be given an opportunity to change the priority of options left after the first allotment as well as delete the options you are not interested in, within a specified period before the second allotment.

With regard to trial allotment announced on 12th, you can alter the priority, add new options, delete the options you are not interested in till the closing time for regsitration of options.
