You have not specified the course to give a specific answer. The amount to be remitted will be specified in the allotment memo which you might have by now taken from your Home Page. The date for second allotment has not been announced.

It had been specified in the trial allotment that it need not be the position in the actual allotment. The number going to be allotted in the next round cannot be predicted. Your rank seems to be very close to the last ranks of the first allotment for some courses in some categories of colleges. If you have options for such courses/colleges, the chances for allotment in coming rounds are very high although no one can guarantee a seat. Be optimistic!
sir,
thank you for answering my earlier questions.should we have to pay the CD for SF medical colleges at the time of admission i.e on 27th/28th? but nothing about CD is given in the allotment memo? then how we'll be able to know about it?
thank u in advance, sir....

CD is usually collected at the time of admissions. The CD in 2008 was Rs.10000/- No change has been announced so far. So it is presumed that the same would continue. Actually the details have to be given by the concerned.

First of all you have to remit the fee for the course now your daughter has been allotted. This will entitle your child to be considered for the next round of allotment. This has to be done by 25th July. If there are higher options left, they will all be considered for the next round if your child retains them. If you are not interested in some of the options left, you can cancel those alone when the opportunity is given for it by the CEE. Keep watching.

You can take MBBS after BAMS. In fact, for KEAM, four seats are reserved for Degree / Diploma Holders in Ayureveda for MBBS in Govt Medical Colleges.
