Last ranks are only indications of trends of an year. In the answers given in this portal, it is clearly specified that there can be changes every year depending on the tastes of the candidates of that particular year. The pattern in 2009 might have been totally different from that of 2008. Morevoer, it is understood that admission principles have changed. Only one round is over. In coming rounds, if there are such rounds, things can change.

Chances cannot be predicted now. You have to wait for the allotment to be announced. You can make and assessment of the chances for a change by going throuhg the last ranks of the first allotment, See the last ranks now, of the higher options you have (option 1 to 65). If they are close, the chance is high.

There should not be any problem since the allotments/admissions to SF Medical Colleges against Govt seats will not be closed by the time you attend the AIQ seat allotment. You may also get in touch with the office of the CEE for getting a clarification.

As has been pointed out in this portal several times, the demand shown by the student community for the colleges is reflected in the last ranks. This can be a guiding factor.
I have got my seventh option allotted in the first allotmnt.

The facility for cancelling higher options has not been activated now. It will beannounced by the CEE in due course. Then you can cancel the remaining options if you are not interested in them.

If you go by the college choice shown by students, TVE,TKM and TRV will be the order. If you go by branch choice in general, it is EC, EE and CE which is the general trend. It is only a trend remember. Not a universally accepted order. So first decide on whether the college preference or branch reference is to be given priority. You may also think whether to study staying at home or away from home. All these factors can influence your decision. A very difficult decision also to take. But you have to decide.
