It cannot be predicted whether you will get an allotment in the next round since it depends on so many factors including the options you have given. Go through the last ranks of first allotment and see the last ranks of options that you have registered. If that is close to your rank, there is a chance. But remember there is no guarantee for a seat even then. You have to wait for the allotment result to know the actual position. There might be some new options in the next round. Wait for the announcement of the CEE.

You cannot add any option that was there in the first round subsequently. But you will get a chance to delete the options you are not interested in before the seond allotment. The time period when this facility will be available will be announced by the CEE in due course.

Since you have the first option allotted, you will have to join the college after the second allotment as per the schedule that would be announced by the CEE. You must have paid the fees by now. You have nothing to modify in your options as of now.

My KEAM medical rank is 1465. I want only mbbs seat . So. I gave only 15 options (Govt & self finaccing colleges for mbbs). I didn't get any chance in first allotment. May I get a mbbs seat in the second allotment through MU (muslim) or MM (minority muslim). I belong to KANNUR DISTRICT. There is 20% of 50% merit seats will be consider for Kannur District Muslim candidates. Can we get district wise rank list?

Nobody can say for certain whether a candidate will get a seat for any course until the allotment result is out. Anyway you have given the options. See how it comes in round 2. For consideration against Minority seats for Kannur District, you have to produce the community certificate to the CEE as directed in the Notification available at CEE site. For Muslim Minority seats, the certificate given with the application if any will be considered. If not, you have to give that certificate also,. There is no income limit for Minority seats.
