Anyway you get a cerificate and produce it at the time of admission. This may not cause any problem at the admission time. Regarding the syllabus for EC (2003 Admissions Kerala) see the link http://www.sbce.ac.in/syllabus/ec.pdf

The first two semesters are common for all Engg branches. Even after that there would be some common papers. Civil specific papers include Mechanics of structures, Building materials & construction, Engg Geology, Building drawing, Survey, Concrete Technology and Construction equipments, Housing, Architecture and Planning, Geotechnicla Engg, Reinforced Concrete structures, Computer Methods in civil Engg, Transportation Engg, Design of Steel Strcutures,etc.

It is newly started Engg College. The first batch is going to be admitted this year. It is too early to say anthing about the college. Details of the College are not available.

In what sense? Each University has its own standing.
If private self financing BAMS (medical stream) seat is alloted in the second phase of CAP 2009 of KEAM ,will the candidate loose all the higher options like engineering stream?

No. The restriction is only for Private SF Engg Colleges as per the information at the CEE site which says "Candidates allotted to Private Self Financing Engineering Colleges will not be eligible for higher options". See www.cee.kerala.gov.in

One more question.I came to know that after studying B.Pharm one can work as a pharmacist.After studying D.Pharm also one become pharmacist.So what is the difference between these two courses?

D.Pharm is a diploma course while B.Pharm is an Under Graduate course. More subject matter is covered in the 4 year degree course as compared to that covered in the Diploma Course which is of two years. Working as a Pharmacist is only one of the openings for a B.Pharm Graduate. There are other areas where the Graduates can work. You can teach at the D.Pharm level. You can work as Quality Assurance Health Manager, can work in Medical Transcription field, go for M.Pharm and go for Research, work in Pharmaseutical Industries, work in sales and Marketing. Graduates can open Pharmacy company.

There are more questions from the Entrance part and so more questions are answered on that. But this happens only at times when the time limit for entrance related activities are there and the students have to act within a prescribed time. An answer from us may help a student in attending the CAP with confidence. However, we answer other types of questions also as you can see at the site. About 16 questions were answered on 27th of which 4 questions were from topics other than Entrance like syllabus of a course, CBSE Scholarship, Integrated M.Sc, scope of Nursing and Pharmacy course etc. See the answer in the 'Ask Expert' link. Anyway your concern is taken note of and will do the needful. OK.

i want to know about bsc nursing.i got 90% mark in +2 examination{state syllabus}.in nursing rank list my position is 444.[index mark 275].in catagory wise[obc]36.is there any chance to get admission in govt medical colleges?please help me.

This is the first time that the alllotment to Nursing course is done based on marks in the Entrance Examination. So there is no past data to make any assessment of the chances. See the trial allotment result published. You should be able to get some idea.

my rank is 21890.will there is a chance for me to get me/ce/ec in private self financing colleges by looking last rank of first allotment.

Last rank state wide under SM for EC is 20682, for ME is 15991 and for CE is 19309 in the first allotment in Private SF Colleges. The last rank for EC and your rank differs by about 1200. This is the closest difference among the three. Nothing can be predicted. Be optimistic.
