You haven't made clear whether you are seeking admission to engineering or medical course. The government has signed different agreements with the self-financing engineering managements association and the medical managements association. Normally the fees of SC/ST students are paid by the government. Anyway, caution deposit will have to be paid.

i have passed 12th std frm cbse board with 90.4and i belong to sc community. i am allotted to kannur engg college under keam .
whether i would get any stipend during college days and if so what would be the amount?i i would like to apply for central sscholarship.
but it is given in the application form that person getting stipend frm other sources need not apply.
sir whether i would be able to apply??
plz reply urgently.

You will get stipend. You can apply for scholarship also. You can choose the one which provides highest financial aid. If you are a single girl child of your parents, you can apply for that scholarship for which there is no restriction as you mentioned.
Sir,iam alloted to govt engineering college idukki for EC,my next chance is CE at calicut and kannur,but so many peoples says that EC is more comfortable than CE.but i dont know about idukki college.iam interested both CE&EC.can you tell me calicut, kannur college is more good than idukki eng college? pls give me a suggestion?

Dear Friend, EC has more potential than CE. Both Kannur and Calicut govt engg colleges are not bad. Being a native of Malappuram if you get Calicut in the next allotment accept it and join there.
