Don't worry about the branch at present. You will pass out only after four years. Entire scenario may change by then. Join the course you have got and study well.

There is no districtwise reservation for BTech admission. It is there for Private Self Financing Medical Colleges .

As per the govt merit allotment the fee is Rs. 35,000/- per year. At the time of admission some additional amounts like caution deposit, university regn fee will also have to be paid.

The tution fee of SC/ST students is paid by the government. So you need to pay only the caution deposit.
my daughter got allotment for MBBS (in 2nd allotment )to SIM,Ernakulam,recently got approval.people says being new,sufficient infrastructure may not be there.she had already joined in a reputed college for MBBS under MGT quoata.Is it advisible to get TC & join this new college?.kindly advise me

SIM - Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, Chalakka,Ernakulam ( nearby N.Paravur ) , though newly started is a good Medical College with hospital and faculty. The president of the trust which runs the college is Dr.KR Rajappan, the first plastic surgeon of Kerala. You need not worry about the standard of the college. By the by, if your daughter has already joined a " reputed medical college" you may proceed. It is all upto you. Wishing you best of luck.
