Please help me urgently.Sir i have the same joining date ie 12th of this month for both kerala and cusat.I dont know whether my seat in cusat is confirmed or not.I have 2640 in CUSAT general and they say that students upto 4000 rank come in 12th this month.sir i like to join cusat than my allotted college(LBS Kasarkod for my rank 5583 in kerala entrance engineering general).sir can i unjoin the LBS after the second allotment .If yes till upto what date?Sir u know this is very serious and need urgent help.how can i join later in cusat if LBS college collect my original documents?
In short atleast i want to know
1)confirmitty of my cusat seat
2)Unjoining last date in govt sponsored self financing college
3)your opinion about joing CUSAT or LBS ENGINEERING COLLEGE KASARKOD

Since your rank is 2640, there is every possibility of getting admission at Cusat, as you wish. 12th is the first day of three day counseling and hence the chance of filling all seats on that day itself is very dim. So far a merely half of the seats is filled and the rest remain to be filled. The date of beginning of classes has been advanced by the CEE to 13th from 17th. Hence do come to Cusat on 12th and attend the counseling. If you donot get seat go straight to Kasargod the same day to attend the first day classes. Even if you get admission at Cuisat, you have to go to Kasargod LBS and join there and fill the cancellation form and get it signed by the Principal to be produced to the CEE to get back the amount you alrady paid at the Bank. Wish you best of Luck. In case of anymore doubt, call 0484 - 2531708 ( Mathrubhumi, Kaloor, Kochi ) and ask for extension 248 after 5pm on Sunday. We shall clarify your doubts.

In the prospectus is mentioned that "those candidates who have been allotted to various Engineering courses in the State should produce a Physical Fitness Certificate in the Proforma given in Annexure XVII (b) at the time of admission. Candidates allotted to engineering courses will have to get vaccinated against Hepatitis-B, before they take admission in the allotted college, as per AICTE guidelines" (clause 13.4). You can get it by approaching a Medical Officer. Don't worry too much about it. Even if you could not produce it at the stipulated time, approach the principal and ask for some more time. He will agree. OK? Study well and become a good engineer. Wish you all the best.

About cancellation of allotment. After joining the college , get the prescribed form (downloadable from www.cee-kerala.org ) attested by the principal of the college and then produce before the CEE. For re arrangement of options there will be facility at the time of next allotment. Wait.

Normally that won't do the purpose. But as already answered, try to convince the principal about the problem. He will give you time.

Documents to be furnished at the time of admission:- 1. Mark List and Pass Certificate (where applicable) of Plus II /or Equivalent in original. 2. SSLC/ Secondary Examination certificate in original for proof of age with one attested copy. 3. Physical fitness certificate in the format provided in the prospectus for Entrance Examination. 4. Transfer Certificate in original from the Institution last studied. 5. Conduct certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied. 6. Admit card of Entrance Examination in original. 7. Result sheet of the Entrance Examination 2009. 8. Four passport size (colour) photographs. 9. Migration certificate in original for students other than those passed Kerala PLUS 2, VHSE & THSE. 10. Community/Income Certificate in original for SC/ST/OEC Categories. 12. Candidates who are selected for Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme have to produce the original certificates stating Income/physically handicapped. 13. Chalan of the Demand Draft paid at Bank.

Try to reach Thodupuzha by one day before and stay there. At Thodupuzha there several lodges. Next day go to Moolamattam by bus from Thodupuzha. The college is near there. Don't be panic. Private bus strike won't affect your plans. Parallel services will be there. Be bold. We are with you. Wish you best of Luck.

As per the Cusat notifcation in their website http://www.cusat.ac.in/phase_III.php you have to report on 14th August. In case of doubt contact the helpline numbers available in the site.
I got for Ayurveda (Govt) in first allotmen and paid fees.I got the same college in the second allotment also.But I don't want to join. Will I get my fee back?
What should I do? Please reply.

If you do not join , the fee will be refunded after completion of this year's admission process.
Sir,i got EC at wayanad eng college,my next chance is idukki eng college,is the idukki college more better than wayanad eng college?

Both are at par on standard. Since you are from Kottayam, Idukki is comparatively preferable. If it is Waynad, dont get upset. Study well. Your branch is good.
