As per the agreement there is no possiblity. Anyway, since there is a mention against this by the High Court , changes may occur. Wait and see. As of now there is no decision to include the private self financing colleges in the third allotment. The third allotment will include only Govt/aided and self financing colleges under govt control in the engineering stream. In the medical stream there is no such classification. If seats are there in the govt quota, there will be another allotment to all types of colleges . This will include the private self financing colleges also which have signed agreement with the govt in this regard.

As per the information available in the CBSE website and also the Union Ministry Human Resource Development website the students have to apply in the year of passing itself to be eligible for the award of this scholarship. You may visit www.cbse.nic.in and read details. Since you are a repeater you won't be eligible for the SGC scholarship. Anyway when you join the college this year , send an application to the CBSE. One of the conditions for CBSE Single Girl Child Merit Scholarship Scheme for Under-graduate studies is that the applicant should be currently pursuing under graduate course (non-medical/non-engineering) in any Central/State Government University or those recognized by UGC/AICTE. If you have higher options left and if you want to re-arrange them or delete some of them or all of them, you can do that within the permitted time which has not been announced now. It seems Notification of Anna University for 2009 has not come yet. It is understood that the courses are offered on part-time basis as an Evening Programme (Self-Supporting) in the University Departments of Anna University Chennai. Anna University Coimbatore had invited applications for Part time  BE/ B.Tech. Admissions. An Engineering Diploma in the concerned or allied subject was the eligibility.
