Usually, TC is insisted by an Institution at the time of joining a course there. Ask your friend to represent the case before the institution where he completed the course. There would be some povision to get another copy of TC or else the Institution would guide the student on the matter.
sir, i have passed cbse plus two 2009,now i want to improve two subject on 2010 while applying 2010 entrance what would be written in place of eleigiblity( appearing/appeard/passed)

Since you have passed the examination, you are a 'Passed' candidate. Improvement is only a facility that you are making use of.

iam doing mba as distance mode in madurai kamaraj university.i would like to know whether there is any chance to get job through the P.G earned through distance mode.is there any value for this degree..

Why not? Distance Course Degrees are not at a lower level as compared to the Regular Degrees, provided it is approved by the Statutory bodies concerned.
I got 83 % in XII CBSE March 2009. I intend to apply for�CENTRAL SECTOR SCHEME OF SCHOLARSHIP FOR COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS 2009. With my marks, is there any chance of getting the scholarship? I have got admission in B Tech thru' KEAM 20009. How many members will get the scholarship ? And what will be the cutoff mark for awarding the scholarship.

Your chance of getting the scholarship depends on the applications received and also the number of applicants having marks higher than your mark. So nothing can be said about the chances now. Last year there was a cut-off for Science students- 90%. See the link http://www.cbse.nic.in/Scholarship/csss/pressnote.pdf for the details related to 2008.

After Plus Two, if your brother is interested in Engineering there are several branches available for him to choose from. The Engg branches include Electronics & Communication (with related branches like Applied Electronics & Instrumentation, Elecrtronics & Instrumentation etc), Electrical & Electronics, Civil, Mechanical (with various offshoots like Industrial, Automobile, Production etc), Computer Science & Engg, Information Technology etc. There are other branches like Biomedical. Biotechnology, Aeronautical,Food Technology etc. All these branches are available in the State. Outside the state, there are other Instituions offering other branhces like Textile Technology, Ceramic Engg, Metallurgical Engg etc. Depending on his taste and aptitude, branches can be chosen.

It will take a few months since the same has to be processed at the State level and then at the National level. Those getting the scholarship will be intimated of the same through the website or through the college.

There were four allotments to Govt/Aided/Govt Controlled institutions in 2008. The number of allotments to be done in 2009 has not been announced by the CEE. It is expected that there would be a fourth allotment as in 2008. But then it is the Government and the CEE to decide this.
i would lik to get a migration certificate for my higher studies at salem tamil nadu .... i had completed my 12th frm kerala state syllabus. waht all procedures should i under go to recieve the required certificate.....

Details regarding the procedure for obtaining migration certificate is available at the link http://www.kerala.gov.in/dept_highersecondory/appendix3.pdf You may also contact the school where you completed the Plus Two course to know the latest condtions if any on this matter.

My son is student at TKM Engineering College ,Kollam. He Has more than 80% marks in the AISSE (CBSE) 2009. Is he eligible for the CBSE Scholership if not is there any other scholership which he can apply.(General,Income below 4,50,00/- PA)
