It should be available in the Department which conducts the course in the college where you have joined. It should also be available in the academic section of the University concerned-Kerala Agricutural University.
I am B-Tech graduate in Electronics & Communication , passed out 2005.Currently I am working in a private IT firm in Ernakulam as s Software Engineer. I am very eager to have higher Studies ,M-tech either in ECE or else in Computer or in IT.But due to some financial problem it is not possible for me to go for higher studies after resigning my job... Any part time M-tech courses in Kerala itself. i am requesting you to give clear ideas about this.

It is doubtful if there is any course in Broadcast Engg in Kerala. There is a Broddcast Engg Society India, functioning to promote and encourage education, research and training in broadcast engineering by way of organising conferences/ seminars/ lectures/ symposiums/ workshop and exhibitions in various disciplines of broadcasting and cooperate with other learned bodies for participation in similar activities. IGNOU has been established by an Act of Parliament and hence there need not be any doubt about the validity of the courses conducted by it.

Job opportunities for AE&I Engineers exist in manufacturing industries using process control, oil refineries, fertiliser units, industries manufacturing electronic devices, armed forces, instrument manufacturing plants, control systems design , and research organisations. In Kerala, Nurses in Govt service have some seats reserved for admisison to the MBBS Course. So you have to get emplyment in govt service, write the Entrance Exam if you want to make use of this opportunity.

In 2008, candidates with rank up to 1772 had got EE at TVE under MU category. It is now 977 in the second allotment this year. In 2008 after 2nd round it was 1485. So it seems a bit difficult. But be optimistic. TKM is also a very good and reputed college. Even if you do not get a change there is nothing to get worried. OK.

Central Sector Schme of Scholarship for College & University Student 2009. This is only for CBSC Student. The same Scholarship is available in Kerala Govt.Board or not? If yes where we can submit filled application Form.

It is available for State Higher Secondary students also. The number of students who will get the scholarship from the state will be identified by the Central Govt. Applications will be invited at the state level. Last year, Collegaite Education Dept had coordinated the scholarship in the state. See the link http://www.collegiateedu.kerala.gov.in/ The application for 2009 has not been invited so far, it is understood.
