The conditions of admissions in Private Self financing Colleges are such that students and parents find it difficult to take decisions. As per the terms of the agreement and announcement of the CEE, those admitted to SF Colleges for MBBS will not be permitted to cancel admissions after 16.9.09. As per this clause your daughter will not be able to cancel her admission, But your claim for an All India quota Seat is also genuine. How this can be sorted out can be said only by the Govt and CEE. So the only suggestion that can be given is that you should approach the CEE/Govt for a solution.

All universities in Kerala have recognized the courses especially MBA, BA and BSc courses being conducted by IGNOU.

As of now there is no official release from the govt of Kerala, Collegiate Edu. Dept. in this regard. The Scholarship notifications are usually issued by Scholarship Special Officer, Tvm . Last year also this notification of the state govt has come very late. Keep on watching the website www.collegiateedu.kerala.gov.in and also this portal.

IGNOU's courses are already recognised by universities in Kerala.
Sir, I am studying in N.S.S college of engineering, Palakkad.
I have passed my higher secondary examination in 95%. I completed my H.S.E in Kerala state board. Is there any scholarships will be available for it? My family have an annual income of 101424 R.S . In which site i have to visit, inorder to apply for scholarship?

You can apply for Central Sector Scholarship, the announcement of which will come in the website www.collegiateedu.kerala.gov.in As of now, they have not notified this. Keep on wathching the site as well as this portal.

For doing Post graduation ie, MS from University of Massachusets or Stanford a student has to complete GRE and TOEFL with better scores. Valid Indian passport is needed for writing the above exams. Three months' preparation will help you to get better scores. Selection will be based on academic merit, scores in the GRE and TOEFL exams, statement of purpose, extra curricular activities and reference letter.

The advertisement given by CMC is for the seats that are likely to be vacant under the management quota after the admissions by CEE are completed, so the vacancy has not been notified. Application for that can be had from their website (www.capekerala.org/test/mbbsapplication.htm) As per CEE allotment last allotment under Management catergory for MBBS at CMC went to rank 2268. Since the Entrance Rank is asked in the application it has to be presumed that allotments if any would be based on CEE rank.
