I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE CENTRAL SECTOR SCHOLARSHIP FOR THE YEAR 2009 .I HAVE SECURED 90.4% MARKS IN 12TH SCIENCE UNDER CBSE(2009).NOW I AM DOING 1ST YEAR BAMS.HOW CAN I KNOW THAT WHETHER I AM ELIGIBLE FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP?
I HAD NOT GIVEN THE EMAIL ID.
WHEN WILL THEY DECLARE THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES?

Don't worry. Even though you have not mentioned the email id , you can access the list of winners when it is published in the CBSE website. It will be given in this portal also.

In KEAM 09 I have got allotment for BHMS and joined the college. Now I have higher option in BAMS for last allotment. My rank in BAMS is 5091 and I am coming under BH category,hence I am hopeful of getting for BAMS in some self-financing college. I am confused about rearranging my options for BAMS as there is no way to get the merits and de-merits of 10 self-financing Ayurveda Colleges. I shall be thankful if you guide me in this aspect and don't give the usal answer of seeing last rank details which I donot feel give any real picture of the ranking of the colleges. Since the options are ending tomorrow by 4pm pl expedite. Hoping for a favourable answer.

Besides suggesting you to see the last rank, we cannot specify the names of colleges. We have no special consideration so far as colleges are concerned. Self financing Ayurveda colleges are not upto other colleges , which you already know. options are closing by 4pm on Monday. By then reach a decision and re arrange the options. Wish you all the best. Not to name any private college specially is our policy and hence nothing more can be done except what you have mentioned.
Education Minister earlier said that the incresed fee in govt.controlled engg.colleges will be reduced.But nothing seems to be happening after that.What is the present condition of his promise??
When will the candidates get the excess fee remitted to CEE??

It seems that the govt is backtracking from the earlier stand. No picture has been emerged so far as this is concerned. There are only statements. What can be done?

this for my sister.do you have any website link which clarifies kerala govt.service related doubts? another doubt is ,to write kerala public service commission exams , the degrees & diplomas must be recognised . is it ,the recognition is given by kpsc or by the universities of kerala. i have read from the website of kpsc , that degrees & diplomas awarded by the universities established under central ugc acts & dec are automatically recognised by kpsc. it seems , no need of recognition from universities of kerala. pls. clarify my sisters doubt. she has taken a degree frm a unvty which is not approved by kerala university, but recognised by ugc & dec.

Approval of Kerala University was an old story. Now it is not necessary. If the KPSC approves , nothing is there to decide otherwise. You can proceed boldly.

now i 'm doing my b.tech at cusat. I have just entered to the first year. Now i 'm looking forward to get through CAT to join in a good iim. As a starter, what i can do now for it?

Since you are only a beginner in BTech, for the time being don't think about CAT at present. In the first year try to concentrate on your studies and avoid supplies. Next year you can start thinking of CAT. You will have to join some coaching for it. Some colleges are already arranging the coaching by themselves. Be optimistic and wait for one more year.

i admitted my son in Karpagam university for BE EEE course. he got only just pass of marks in maths in plus two.but he university gave admission for the course. sir now having some doubts for its recognition. can i change my son to another college after completion of 2 semesters. he got goods marks in internal exam . if he finish 2 semesters with good marks can i change him to aproved college.

The rules of the University where your child is admitted now, may be such that those with pass mark can be admitted for the B.Tech Course. If you want a change to another College/University, the applicant has to satisfy the eligibility requirements of the College/University to which change is sought.

This is a very broad question. If you close your studies as a physics graduate, there will be limited opportunities for you. It will be as good as finishing with any subject as a graduate. But from here the possibilities are unlimited if you pass out with good marks. In the least you can go for BEd and try for a teaching career in schools. The post-grafudate to doctoral levels are more promising and rewarding. You can be a college professor, a researcher etc. These are specific to the field. Otherwise you can appear for various competetive examinations or try for a career in the private sector. It all depends on how you perform with the subject and the various competitive examinations. You will come to know of the opportunities as you progress with your studies and read the publications related to careers.

It can be had from the Department of the College where you are pursuing the course. It should be available from the Academic section of the University. It may be available for sale at the sales outlet of the University located in the University Library Campus near VJT HAll, Trivandrum.
