I have completed msc physics and now currently doing mba through distance education...what should i do to get a job? I would like to take ph.d in mba..where should i do it? will it be valid to get a job as lecturer?

You cannot take PhD in MBA because both are two degrees. You can do PhD in a particular subject coming under MBA. To secure job as a lecturer, you have to pass the National Eligibility Test coducted by the UGC. Or you can secure PhD for being eligible to be a lecturer. But this will take a few years. And more importantly if you want to secure a PhD in an MBA subject, you will have to pass MBA first with good enough marks. You certainly will have a lot of years behind as you do this and secure PhD.

You seem to be confused over your goal. Fix your goal and move in that direction. Make sure whether you want a job or do research now. Also make sure what you propose to do with your MBA after doing MSc physics. Right now you can appear for NET based on your MSc if you have sufficient marks. Decide your path...

All courses have relevance if you can do it well. So it is your perforamce that matters rather then scope of the subject at any point of time. The scope can vary from time to time depending on various factors. As an EI student, your first choice must be to go for higher studies in the related field.

In class12 CBSE exam 2009 , I got only 58% in Maths I have applied for improvement . But in case I got only less than 58% , then which mark will count ?

As per the CBSE website www.cbse.nic.in, "Candidates who appear for improvement of performance will be issued only Statement of Marks reflecting the marks of the main examination as well as those of the improvement examination."
sir,my b.tech s1s2 results are out.i am doing b.tech under kerala university 2008 scheme.and i want to do improvement in one subject.But now i learned that if we are going for improvement,as per the new scheme,the old marks will be deleted and the new mark will be taken into account.but earlier that was not the case,they took the best of two marks and so now i am hesitant to go for an improvement exam.so far i do not have any supplies and so this piece of information,which i quoted above holds me back.sir,could you give me a valuable advice.and also when can i write the improvement exam?and also for how many subjects can i write the improvement exam?

If the rule has changed., then it is going to be a risky affair appearing for the improvement examination. The marks that you might get on improvement (if you get) can be made up by putting a little effort on the papers of the remaining semesters. You have 6 semesters left and about 30 to 35 theory papers. If you can work to get one mark in each of these papers, extra, it will fetch you an additional 35 marks or so which might be even more than what you might get on improving the result of one paper of S1 S2. You will also need to spend some time for preparing for the improvement exam. So why not you think this way? Anyway, final decision should be yours. Good luck.

I have taken educational loan from Bank of India in four Installments towards my four years engineering course.( Loan taken in 2004 for Rs.63,750/-, in 2005 for Rs.1,08,660/- in 2006 for Rs.71,045/- in 2007 for Rs.78445/- Total Rs.3,21,900/-) But our bankers charged full interest including penal Int. of Rs.1,27,000/- during the period of moratorium (i.e for four yars) After the moratorium period I started repayment of the loan from June 2009. Sir, To whom I contact to enable me to obtain Interest Subsidy for the period of my moratorium period. Please let me know the higher official's address to enable me to apply for interest subsidy on my educational loan. Expedite your reply at an early date.

You can first take up the matter with the Branch manager of Bank of India from where you have taken the loan. If you are not able to redress it there, then approach the higher-ups in the same bank like the regional manager or zonal manager. If these bank authorities refuse to solve your case. You can approach the banking ombudsman who will definitely redress your grievance. You can find out with the Reserve Bank of India branch closer to you, who the Ombudsman for Kerala is and file your petition. If you are not able to solve it this way, please get back to us once again.

I have got 910 in KERALA MCA ENTRANCE and just waiting for allotment.According to the eligibility criteria of Calicut university they need 50 % in Mathematics but, I have only 47 % in maths.When i got allotment in any colleges of calicut university weather i can join in that college ?Please help me to clarify this problem.

According to the norms of all varsities, all candidates are first to meet eligibility criteria. On this ground they permit those students who are appearing for the final year examination of the eligility course, to appear for the entrance examination. I don't think the Calicut varsity will relax the eligibility criteriaq

I am a 2nd year student of bsc phyics branch. for last few months i have developed interest over electronics circuits that to in PIC programming . as this subject is an engineering related over college is not having sufficient instructors or persons having that much knowledge about it so kindly help me in finding some books or websites offering the basic as well as intermediate ideas in this subject.

An electronics professor in an engineering college can at best guide you. Feel free to approach such a professor in a nearby engineering college who is happy to find time to help you out. Don't get disheartened if someone in the first instance says 'no' Continue your search to find an apt guru. These things are at best learnt from the 'guru' in person.

It seems you figure in the Central Sector Scholarship scheme for 2008-09. If you have not received the scholarship so far, you should contact the school where you did the course or CBSE at one of the following mail ids- sanandan.cbse@nic.in or mss_ug.cbse@nic.in or mss_pmt.cbse@nic.in or mss_aieee.cbse@nic.in As per CBSE website, Last date of submission of applications for 2009 scholarships/renewals will be announced in newspapers. So visit www.cbse.nic.in regularly.
