You are the child of an Inter-Caste married couple as per the information given by you. But your father is not a Kerala SC. Your father has migrated from Tamil Nadu to Kerala. To claim SC status, a candidate has to generally produce the Community Certificate from Tahsildar in Kerala, in the Application form and Inter-Caste marriage Certificate in case the child is of an inter-caste married couple. The SC status of a candidate will be governed by provisions in the Prospectus and other guidelines issued by Government. The relevant clauses in Prospectus of 2009 are 5.4.3(a) and 5.4.3(d) (See the Prospectus of 2009 at www.cee-kerala.org) You may contact the Tahsildar near to your place of residence and get the matter clarified.
