Till you complete the course you may not become qualfied to work independently and also you cannot call yourself a qualified professional. You may be able to work with a senior without completing the course.

I have completed GDMM (Graduate Diploma In Materials Management) from Indian Institute of Materials Management which is recognized as equivalent to Bachelors degree For the purpose of Employment in Govt of India including UPSC. I tried to obtain an admission for higher studies ie.PG say MBA but denied stating "recognized as equivalent to Bachelors degree for the purpose of Employment in Govt not for higher studies."I wish to take up a case with Ministry in this regard so that to get a direction to treat all equivalent Bachelors degree recognized as equivalent to Bachelors degree for the purpose of Employment in Govt should be Eligible for Higher Studies like PG/MBA.Inthis regard can you guide to whom I have to send the grievences.

Eligibility for higher studies is decided by Regulatory Bodies like the AICTE, MCI, DCI, Pharmacy Council etc. Academic Bodies of the Universities also have a role in deciding academic elgibility for higher studies. For MBA, the regulatory body is AICTE. So you may have to start from that body. See http://www.aicte-india.org/ for details about AICTE. Try to represent the case before this body as per the Contact details available at the site.

The stream you are from, has not been mentioned. If it relates to Kerala Higher Secondary, it is not publioshed yet as per the site http://dcescholarship.kerala.gov.in/scholarshipcentral/main/home.php

i filled the 10 class percentage 96.4 instead of 94.6 in IIST 2010 APLICATION FORM. and could realise it only after printing it .Will it disqualify me from giving the exam.please help me out.I have not yet posted it .HELP...........

Do not get upset over this. As per IIST website, "If your application is not complete because of some reason(s), the application status link on the web page gives you the reason(s). If you wish to rectify your application, send the required documents so as to reach ISAT office by 31st January 2010. No rectification will be allowed after 31st January 2010". Make use of this facility. You can also contact the Institute and get clarification. "For all enquiries, candidates may visit the IIST website (www.iist.ac.in/IIST/ISAT2010/), use the email address: isat2010@iist.ac.in, the phone numbers: 0471 2564831, 0471 2564832 or the fax number: 0471 2564831". Make use of these facilities to rectify the mistake.
thanks for you instant reply. i had refered To IIST 2010 ENTRANCE TEST.what can be done about my problem already stated.is this a big error to write 10 class percentage wrong?????????

Don't be panic. As we already told you the 10th mark may not be a problem since it is not the qualifying examination. Anyway get in touch with the Registrar of IIST and ask him about it.

You have not mentioned the application you are refering to. It must be some entrance form, we hope, taken after the 12th class. Mark of 10th in such cases may be for data purpose only and the mistake may not create any problem. Anyway, get back with details.
