is chhattisgarh university, a recognized one? is the bachelors degree awarded by this university, in 2004 valid or not?

Chhattisgarh University is a state university having the UGC approval as on now. But it came into its present state of existence only in 2004. It is not clear how did you take the degree from this university in 2004, after undergoing a three year course prior to 2004. The university in its website http://www.cguniversity.com has reproduced the orders of the state govt, ugc, MHRD etc and also quotes a court verdict stating that the AICTE approval is not necessary for a university to begin a course. That is right. But that approval becomes mandatory to run technical as well as management courses. Otherwise the students will have to face the consequences.

If you are enquring about 5 LL.B admissions in Govt Law Colleges in Kerala, the Notification for 2010 has not come yet. In 2009, the Notification was issued on 21.5.2009 and the exam was on 5.7.09. See the link http://www.cee-kerala.org/LL5/2009/appl/enoti.pdf You can expect the notification around that time this year. Keep watching the CEE website and also this portal.

The Sikkim-Manipal University is a state university having UGC approval.

my daughter is studing in X icse.
From next year onwards she want to study +2 from kerala school. Any english mediem school available around kannur town. Pls advise.

The site http://dhsekerala.gov.in/ gives the list of schools in State Syllabus by District.
Ours is an intercaste marraige(Nair & Ezhava) and our annual income exceeds 4.5 lakhs(Both of us are engineers in a private firm). Kindly confirm whether our son is eligible for reservation under OBC, being the son of intercaste married couple, in IITJEE and AIEEE exams without considering income limit (Like Kerala entrance). Expecting your valuable reply.

As per the information we have OBC reservation for AIEEE and IIT are based on Non-Creamy layer Certificate. It is understood there is no relaxation in the rule for children of InterCaste married couples as in KEAM.
Does vinayakamission university is recongnised? if any problem to continue my BE in there?

The HRD Minister has assured that the students will not be put to difficulties due to the problems related to Deemed universities. Moreover, the SC has stayed the move of the Govt.
