You can take B.Tech Degree through Lateral Entry Scheme by which you can get admission to the third semester of the course. You can also join the first year of B.Tech based on your Plus Two or Diploma eligibility. LBS centre conducts a Post Diploma in software Engineering for which Diploma holders are eligible. See http://www.lbskerala.com/2courses.htm. For PGDCA, Graduation is generally needed.

For admission to MBBS in Medical Colleges, the minimum eligibility is Plus Two with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with 50% marks in aggregate. So you should have no problem with the subject combination for admission to MBBS.
