You might have read about the reforms being done in CBSE curriculam as well as exams. From 2010 onwards there will be only grades for class 10 and no marks or percentage. However the FAQ section of the CBSE site says that "if a situation arises, the actual marks obtained in Class-X examination can also be obtained form the Board through a separate request forwarded through the Principal of the School".

It has been described several times that only subjectwise grades will be there in the score card for Class 10 in 2010.

In the Jipmer prospectus it is mentioned that the competent authority to issue obc certicat e icludes iv. Sub Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and/or his family resides
Who is the subdivisional officer?Ithe village officer a sub divisional officer How can person not paying income tax office can three years income tax return.

In Kerala the competent authority to issue the income certificate is the Village Officer. Hence you can do so accordingly. The latter part of the question lacks clarity.

It has already been made clear by the CBSE Chairman that only Grades will be there in the score card. No marks or percentage.
Dear Sir,
I'm pursuing my BA in History from IGNOU (ofcourse as part-time). I'm a dipoma holder but truely carry an IAS dream.Will I be allowed to write such an exam with a degree from IGNOU?
This is my second letter and hope you will consider the matter.

There is no restriction on Degree holders from IGNOU writing the Civil Services Examination.
