There are jobs for graduates. You can apply for that. This can be ascertained by visiting the website of PSC which puts the Notifications in the website http://keralapsc.org/
There are courses conducted by Govt agencies like IHRD, LBS etc, offering Computer Courses.

Do you mean working as lecturer? If so, if your M.E is equivalent to MTech, then you are eligible. You haven't referred to the university from where you have taken your bachelor and masters degrees. It has to be a recognised university to meet the criteria.

There is no problem still with downloading. May be due to your ADOBE software problems. Now we have again downloaded the QP of 2008 Che & Phy in another system. We don't know what happens with your pc. If you are urgently in need of it you can go to Mathrubhumi Trivandrum office and ask the Engineer there to get it downloaded and in case of any doubt, you may call in the contact number given in the portal. OK ?

Schools having only up to Class X will conduct Class X Board Exam. Otherwise not. If a student wants to change to State syllabus, he can opt for the CBSE Exam in Class X.
