The best institute for management education in Kerala is none other than IIM-Kozhikode. Apart from it , there are MBA courses in universities in Kerala, Calicut and Cochin. Aided colleges like Rajagiri School of Management also are ok. As regards other self financing private universities we do not give you a priority list.

I'm an engineering student in a private self financing college currently doing my 2nd year ,4th sem. I'm a 2008 admission
in govt. merit seat . my question is if i quit the course now , should i need to pay the full fees ?

There will be a provision in the Prospectus of 2008 for those discontinuing their course after closing fo admissions. That would be applicable to you. Please go through that condition.

Prospectus says as follows in case of non-receipt of admit cards by March 20. "You can obtain your registration number and examination centre from the institute of your zone through phone (IVRS – Interactive Voice Response System) / Website (APPENDIX-5). On receiving the data, write your name, registration number and the examination centre on two identical halves of an A4-size paper. Affix your photographs (same version of photograph which you have pasted in your application form) one on each half and sign on the bottom of the photographs. Then get this attested by the Head of your School / Institution last attended / gazetted officer / notary public. Meet the IIT Representative with this paper on the day of examination (April 11, 2010) one hour before the commencement of the examination at the office of the Presiding Officer of the examination centre. The IIT Representative will accept one half and give the other back to you."

I have heard the Admit Card for KEAM 2010 send after 15th March. Till now i didn't receive the admit card. Do you have any idea regarding this ?

Prospectus says so. However, it may take some time for the admit cards to reach all candidates. Do not get worried over this. In case you do not get the admit card, the action you have to take is given under clause 9.6.2 (c) of Prospectus 2010.
I have a GATE 2010 rank of 3698. Where can i get admission to MTech program.What is athe assistantship amount that I'll get.

i'm a +2 student.i would like to know about the specialization courses available after b.tech in mechanical engineering.is there any 1yr course of marine engineering for those who completed mech. engineering course.If any please tell about its scope and salary offers in India.please clarify my doubts.

An answer at this stage will be useless for you because you have to first get admission into BTech, then successfully complete the course. By then it will be five years hence and situations change. So concentrate on board exams and then entrance to get into BTech and by second or third year ask these type questions. Other questions of relevance to you are welcome.
