Pl. see the link http://www.keralapsc.org/miscell.htm As per PSC website Manonmaniam Sundarnar University is approved. It does not say about distance education courses. If the course has the approval of UGC and DEC it should be having approval of KPSC also .

From 2011 onwards it will be in 12th only, if the school in which your child studies is a senior secondary school.

To go for MBA you need not take BBA. Join any one of the graduate courses like BA/BCom. Then during the final year of the course begin preparations for CAT , MAT etc based on which selections are made for admission to IIMs or other best  B schools. For the time being select one of  the best courses like BCom or BA with Economics/ History etc. and complete the course with best scores. Wish you best of luck.

We can not say what is going on in the minds of your Island authiorities. As far as the scope of challenging the possible "threat", you are free to approach the court at any time. The courts are meant for ensuring justice in the country, you know.

There is no age for joining LKG.  But your son can join the 1st std only  at 6. Why should you worry so much about LKG ? This is not the time to worry. Time will come for that when he enters his school final classes and after. Now let him play and enjoy the life. If you are employed and nobody is there in the home during day time, you can take him to a Day Care centre.  Ok ?
