AS per the Brochure at http://dhsekerala.gov.in/downloads/NOTIFICATION_2010.PDF, "The result of the Examination shall be determined by the combined scores of First and Second Year Examinations, taken together and grades thereupon obtained by the candidate.". For 2010 admissions, the marks in qualifying examination is not considered for Entrance Ranking.

i finished my B.Com and i am now waiting for my result. I would like to do MBA at abroad. Is it good to select Canada. Is there enough job oppurtunity. Is it good to do PGDM and then get MBA with a topup course. If so what will be its approx cost. I should depend on which agency.

It is not officially published. But some private institutes provide their answer keys. If you search the web, you will get some of them.

The questions will be based on the syllabus given in the Prospectus. The weightage for the various topics is not given in the syllabus. You can go through the question papers of KEAM of earlier years to know the pattern of questions.
