Last year the rank for this mark was 1398. As per last year's statistics, the chance for getting a seat for MBBS in ezhava category in merit quota seems dim. But you can seek admission in self financing medical colleges. This year the scene may change. A lot of factors have to be taken into account including the number of Keralites who qualify in the All India Medical main examination and the number of any additional seats if any this year. cusat CAT syllabus is not published in the site.Sir please can you say whether both +1 and +2 portions are included for the CAT exam.

We understand that you will have to take both into account. Mathrubhumi Education has published previous years' CAT question papers. You may gauge it from them. The link to the question papers is http://education.mathrubhumi.com/php/news_events_details.php?nid=16630&sli%3Cx%3Enkid=3 . You may contact CUSAT authorities (IRAA Director) for clarification (It is always better to clarify). You can get the numbers from the CUSAT website www.cusat.ac.in

You can know last year's KEAM rank position in the following link. Guess the position for this year from that. http://education.mathrubhumi.com/static/downloads/LST_RANKS_2009.xls . CUSAT has separate entrance called CAT which is only coming.

Electronics and telecommunications don't lose importance any time. It is not the branch that counts, it is your performance. If you come out with good marks in the course, you will be placed with the campus recruitment itself. There are traditional branches and new generation branches. The CEE's engineering prospectus will tell you about that.
