You have to have SEBC reservation granted to you based on application given and documents submitted, If you are to have relaxation of 5% marks.

Usually change of college is given in the thrid semester to the same branch. Applications will be invited by the University in this reagrd if there are vacancies. You have to apply based on it. Enquire about this at the University Academic section.

We are not in a position to predict the trend this year. It is only a guess work. Wait for the results to come, that is the only remedy. The results are expected on May 15.

Go for either Diploma courses in technical subjects or try to secure a job in armed forces directly after Plus Two. Appear for the tests of Army, Navy or AirForce. Lab technician courses are also good. In fact there are enough number of opportunities, you make enquiries making your intentions clear, ie. what is your taste.

Why are you bothered about percentage. It refers to a range (eg A+ denotes from 91-100 marks). So you cannot be sure about the mark you have scored.
