In OBC (SEBC) you must first know your sub category like EZ, MU etc. The position can be known when the category list will be published which might take a week or so.
Kindly let me know which branch of engineering i will get for an entrance rank of 12756 in self financed colleges.

It depends on your preferences. If you are looking for a good palcement, college may matter. But if you are interested in Higher Studies, it might not matter that much. So decide based on this. One cannot identify the 'BEST Course for all. What is best for one may not be the best for another.
