I am a plus two student belonging to ezhava caste . my father is a businessman .Did I belong to non creamy layer ? Did i want to submit my caste certificate for kEAM 2020 registration along with non creamy layer certificate?

Non creamy layer certificate is to be issued by the Village Officer based on the norms fixed by the Government from time to time. You have to give an application for the certificate to the village officer stating your income. Based on your request, the VO will enquire and issue or not issue the certificate. So approach the Village office concerned to know details.
