i had registered option for btech programs in cusat in soe collage,
but among option i found the name of collage KUNJALI MARAKKAR collage of engg
i had'nt heard about it yet,
kindly give some information about that collage
is it better than SOE

amrine Engg is offered at Kunjali Marakar School of Marine Engg. If you have opted for this course the college will come as this. See page 39 of the CUST Prospectus.

You have to specify the sub category in SEBC to make any assessment.
my aieee,al ind rnk is 125213,cat.rnk-31411,st.rnk-5311,st.cat.rnk-2247.i got 84% in 12th.will i get admission in any nit including calicut?i belong to obc.

Pls inform whther I can prolong registering options in KEAM 2010 until 3rd or 4th Allotment as i am waiting improvemnt result of Plus 2 maths. My son has comfortable rank in engineering list

As per the existing rules this is not possible. You have to register the options within the announced time period. You need to prove your academic eligibility only at the time of reporting to the college. So you get some time after registering options/allotments and joining the college if allotted.

My sister got 8005 in Kerala engg entrance and Ezhava rank is 1113. Could you please peredit the chances of CS/EC branch in Model, chengannur, TKM,NSS, MAC, RIT and Bartonhill? Please let me know the fee structure of university engg colleges (UCK, UCE and Thenjippalam campus)?

Last ranks (General) for EC in 2009 under EZ category was as follows.

KTE-2300, MAC-1768, NSS-3504,TKM-1711,TRV-2690, MDL-3227, CHN-6107.

CS:KTE-6297, MAC-6428, NSS-7314,TKM-5717, MDL-6007, CHN-20077.

Fee structure for 2010 has not been announced. Last year it was Rs.25,000 in Govt quota in Govt/University Controlled SF Colleges.

Key number is an alphanumeric (consisting of numbers and alphabets) that will come to you by post from the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations along with your data sheet. It must be reaching you shorlty, anyway before the seat allotment process starts. This secret code is needed for entering your home page for registering options during CAP.

There is no Govt colleges offering Marine Engg Course in Kerala.
For getting into Calicut NIT, which rank is considered: state rank or All India Rank?
In AIEEE, these were my ranks:
AIR: overall: 123418
Category(obc) : 30908
State rank: overall : 5206
Category(obc): 2198
with these ranks is there any chance of getting a seat in NIT calaicut?

The link http://ccb.nic.in/ccb2009/aieeecouns09/orcr/SelectStream.aspx gives the opening and closing ranks of 2009 allotments, institution wise. The ranks given there are the ALL India Ranks.
