It seems to be School of Engineering, Trikkakara, and College of Engineering Kuttanad, Pulincunnoo respectively. Question seems to be incomplete.
My rank in KEAM 2010 is 692 will i get into cet tvm after the first allotment for courses apart from civil and architecture

CAndidates with this rank got allotment for CE and IE only in first round under SM at CET in 2009. Architecture allotments are not based on this rank.

The last ranks given in the CCB website are in terms of All India Rank only.

Cusat School of Engg has got its own separate hostels for girls and boys. Apart from it, there is paying guest facility in the suburbs of the university too.

MY RANK IN KMEA ENTRANCE EXAM 2010 IS 21832IN GEN CATEOGRY.
AND 3385 IN EZHAVA CATEOGRY.

Last allotment for CS under EZ in CEC went to rank 29390 in 2009. If this trend continues this year, there is a chance, but it is not guaranteed.

As per data given at http://ccb.nic.in/ccb2009/aieeecouns09/orcr/InstituteWiseAllot.aspx no candidate with this rank got allotments under OP category in 2009 at NIT Calicut..
