KEAM stands for Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical. KEAM is used in relation to the admisison to the Professional courses in Kerala in the Engg/MEdical/Architecture streams.

There is no guarantee that the last rank positions of 2009 will repeat as such in 2010. They are only indicators of the allotment pattern of 2009.
Sir , please do reply...I HAD EARLIER POSTED THIS doubt and you gave a non-working link [http://ccb.nic.in/ccb2009/aieeecouns09/orcr/Menu.aspx ] and I searched the AIEEE website but I didnot understand what ranks they were apecifying- State / All India /Category , I'm giving my details here , CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WEHTER I HAVE ANY CHANCE in a good college [like NIT-Calicut] ?

I have got an OVERALL STATE RANK - 752 [ Kerala ] in AIEEE-2010 AND CATEGORY RANK - 462..Sir please reply , pl , it is a question regarding my life .

Jishnu, the link given is a working link and that has been verified just now. Anyway, further invetigations in this link will take you to the last allotted ranks at NIT Calicut in 2009.The closing ranks given there gives the last allotted All India Rank for different courses under All India seats and Home State (HS ) seats, As per information we have, no candidate with this state rank got allotment for any couse In OP (Open) category last year. You may now verify this link http://ccb.nic.in/ccb2009/aieeecouns09/orcr/InstituteWiseAllot.aspx with your All India Rank. Anyway do not get upset. If your doubt still is not cleared get back to us. Also give options and see.

Wait and see. A prediction at this stage is not easy. Comparatively it seems difficult, but if the exisiting ones in the ranklist go to KEAM you may get .

I'm ranked 8991 in cusat entrance and 856 in ezhava ,can i get a free or payment seat in mechanical....or rather in fire and safety in school of engineering, thrikkakara???

Since they are newly started colleges facilities will be shorter compared to other govt colleges.

CS Engg deals with the design and construction of computers, and computer-based systems. It involves the study of hardware, software, and communication. The curriculum focuses on the theories, principles, and practices of relevant areas of traditional electrical engineering and mathematics, and applies them to the problems of designing computers and the many kinds of computer-based devices. It also deals with software development in general and development of devices that have software components embedded in hardware. Programming, networking, databases, and the Internet form elements in the curriculum. It spans a wide range, from its theoretical and algorithmic foundations to cutting-edge developments in robotics, and intelligent systems. Graduates can choose the software or the hardware area to suit their individual tastes. Basics will be taught in the initla stage of the course.

It seems to be School of Engineering, Trikkakara, and College of Engineering Kuttanad, Pulincunnoo respectively
