Self financing institutions do not issue certificates. The certificates they issue will be of the University to which they are affiliated. For eg; Model Engg College Thrikkakkara is affialiated to Cusat and so the certificates will be from Cusat . Likewise, FISAT is affialiated to MG university and the certificate will be from MG university.
