CAndidates in this rank range with BH reservation have got seats for IT in 2009 in Govt Self financing College.s
sir,i belongs to OEC.
but in entrance i choose OE-BH.
IS THIS CORRECT ?

If you have BH benefit sanctioned, you get reservation benefits under BH. If it is OEC alone, you will not be eligible for reservation.
i got aieee category rank738....is there any chance of getting into nit calicut or anyother nit??????????????

dear sir, my question is while giving option for Kerala medical if i opted a college (eg. TVM) as first option and second option kottayam another candidate holding just one rank behind me opted kottayam first and TVM second, being kottayam medical college is behind TVM, for admission procedures whose rank will be prefered as first for admission to kottayam medical college. his first option or my second option or is it purely based on rank only no consideration on option preference.

Allotments are purely rank based and not based on the options preference. A High rank candidate always gets preference over a low ranked candidate.
sir,
i am a student of SCT coll of engg: papanamcode,ECE branch student.
I was alloted a merit seat last year.I had to pay 25000 last year.I have a confusion about how much i have to pay for this year.As the remittance date is coming near,pls clarify my doubt whether i have to pay 25000 or 15000 rupees???

You will have to pay only 15000/- as fee this year as the fee of 2009 admissions have been reduced to 20000/-.The excess paid last year is to be adjusted this year.

i would like to know on what factors does the last ranks of different government collages depend upon .From the trends observed in past years,how far can the last ranks vary this time,also considering this year's iit,aieee selections from Kerala? Can you please give some special advice on what all things to look for, to get the best admission for my rank(7078) while opting ?

It shows how the students chose various colleges during the allotment process. The factors under consideration must be reputation of the college, the sector it is functioning, the campus placements it has etc. When you give options, the last ranks can guide you in selecting the demanded colleges. The trends usaully continue with marginal changes.
Sir, i have a passion for computer Science..M weak in Phy which restrained me from getting in top colleges..I want 2 join Cusat since being in Delhi i cant speak Malayalam fluently and i think i'll be more comfortable there.I have heard mixed comments about CUSAT from people.I want to study really hard in B.tech n clear GATE with gud Percentile.Sir do you think choosing CUSAT is a wise choice?Actually i have heard dat u fail dere easily if u dont study..Thats why i want to join it since i will make me work harder..

Your determination will earn you a good future Das. Go ahead. If you are determined to do well and work hard, the course is not going to be a problem for you. There is nothing wrong in choosing CUSAT.
