In 2009. students with this rank undr State Merit did not get allotment for any course under the medical stream. You can register options as and when the courses are included in options registration and see the chances. Hope you have applied for the Para Medical Courses the admission to which has been undertaken by LBS centre.

An answer at this time won't be of use to you. Because the scene may change after four years ie; the time by which you are supposed to take BTech.

In NITs, chances for an allotment with this rank of 111000, is low as per the trends o0f 2009. You can register options and see. You have a good rank in KEAM and so getting an option of your choice may not be difficult it seems.

We won't recommend students to join some particular colleges apart from those under govt.
respected sir.
i am studying in sree chitra thirunal college of engineering trivandrum. got admission by cee 2009. our fees was 25000 rs. i heard that govt has reduced fees to 20000. when i asked about that to office authorities ,they are saying that we still have to pay 25000. and 20000 is for new students. is this true ?? this is really unfair sir.

Govt communications will reach the office of your college shortly. You will have to remit only 15,000 since last year you had paid 25,000. This was the info we got from the CAPE director. If CAPE is doing it, it will be applicable to all SF engg colleges under govt.
which is a better course?ec or ee?

Both are same as far as placement records are concerned.
Govt. has said to reduce the fees of govt controlled self financing college from Rs.25000 to Rs.20000.
When i ask the college authorities they said that we have to pay Rs.25000 and not Rs.20000...
They say that they have got no information from the govt....
