as per my rank ,i have an option to join adoor engineering college for mechanical engineering or else join sct pappanamkodu to do ME(AUTO) or ME(PRODUCTION)..i am confused..which is a better option..reply soon as i have to make changes accordingly in the allotmt process by 3pm

Both are equally good. ME is the most wanted branch this time, as per the last ranks of first trial allotment. You have enough time to make changes since the regn time has been extended to 14th of June.

my plus 2 mark is 87 % pcb i want repeat my keam on 2011 march
next year plus 2 mark consider or not any comaparison between state and cbse? how is that? when this will know befor june 2010or july can i know this otherwise i have yo join bds or bams in govt or sf

Adding of marks in the qualifying examination for ranking is only under consideration of the government. No orders have been issued so far or no decision announced, to give a definite reply.
thank u 4 ur kind response sir.....but i wanna know whether i could get admission in free seat in govt controlled colleges through my rank of 29752 in keam.i couldnt find anything specified between the free seats and mangmnt seats rather than fee diffrnc

The chances for allotment in Govt Controlled SF Colleges can be understood only by going through the last ranks. In trial allotment, candiates with rank up to 20693 only got an allotment in Govt seats in this category of colleges, By the final round this can come down. In 2009 candidates with rank up to 31322 got for PO, 35674 for IT in this category of colleges under Govt quota in SM. So all depends on the courses you choose.
sir,my cusat rank is about 8000.if i could get into soet for c.s,which one is better,soet or any govt controlled colleges ???

SOET may be a better choice when compared to majority of the Govt Supported SF Collges. But you may dcide finally which to choose.

Last ranks at CUSAT in 2009 allotments are given at http://education.mathrubhumi.com/static/downloads/CUSATLR%20090909.pdf Canadidates with this rank got allotment undr SM in some colleges in 2009. Sir, thanks for replying to my early questions and as you assumed, the CUSAT allotment is made on the spot during the counselling according to the options we gave during option registration. I contacted the IRAA Director and came to know this.
Now, as per the counselling schedule of CUSAT, I've counselling on July 8th. And as you know the fourth allotment of KEAM is on 14th of July(from prospectus) and I've given options for Pvt. Self Financing Colleges.
So, if I get my desired stream in CUSAT Main campus and I wanted to cancel the admission in any Pvt. Self College which I may get in 3rd allotment of KEAM, within how much time should I do the cancellation? Even after the cancellation, should I have to cancel the remaining active options in KEAM allotment page of mine? And will I have to pay Liquidated damages in this case?

If all this is before fourth allotment you need not pay liquidated damages. If you do not join the college allotted to you within the time period prescribed by CEE , your allotment will automatically be cancelled and you will be getting back the fee you remitted in the Bank after closing of admissions by CEE this year, say by December. By the by, you can cancel the options live in your homepage too.

If you want to be considered for the Management seats in Govt controlled self financing Colleges, you have to give options to that also now. There are entries in your Home Page with a fee structure of Rs.65,000 which are the managenent seats to be allotted by the CEE.
