Sir,
if I get EC at some college in the 1st allotment of KEAM CAP and has remitted the fee, is it possible to get ME at a different college in further allotment if it's a higher option(if I have sufficient rank)?

i.e EC at ADR in 1st allotment and ME at NSS in a later allotment as NSS is a higher option??

Yes.You can get a re-allotment in the subsequent rounds if you have higher options to the colleges you want and you become eligible for the same based on your rank.
Hi Sir,
My state rank in AIEEE is around 400+ and kerala engineering entrance rank is around 280+..i dont have any reservation. Would i get a seat in NIT Calicut in mechanical engineering? Also could you please clarify whether CET Mech or NIT Calicut civil is better?Is thre any way could i find out last rank details in NIT Calicut for kerala quota?

AIEEE last allotment ranks are given in terms of All India Rank. You may verify the chances based on your All India rank. However, we have some information on the last state ranks in round 2 at NIT Calciut. For MEch, the last allotment in 2009 under OP in HS quota went to State rank 239 (All India rank 9551). It has gone to 11392 (All India Rank) in round 5 in HS quota. (The state rank is not known to us). Anyway allotments are based on All India rank and not based on State Rank. Check the mock allotments also. Regarding selection between NIT and CET, general preferecen is for NIT.

In response to an earlier answer SCT is under the KSRTC and not CAPE.So will the fee reduction apply to us?

This has been answered in this site, There is a specific govt order reducing the fee in Govt supported colleges including that of KSRTC . See the link www.cee.kerala.gov.in/keam/main/GO_Engg.pdf and clause 22 there.

Candidates in general category with rank up to 5350 have been called for counselling at CUSAT as per the notification at http://cusat.nic.in/pdf/CSchedule/BTechCounsellingScheduleFinal.pdf Beyond this range, only those having communlal/category reservation have been called.

Candidates with rank up to 22274 got AU in SM in Govt quota in Private SF Colleges in 2009. For MEch it was up to 19669. You may give options and see.

I have got a rank of 5446 in cusat cat and also 19450 in keam I have got a trial allotment at mangalam college eng. BUt I wish to join CUSAT but there is no news of allotment process of who has secured above 5350 in general catagory if I have taken allottment keam can I have a choice of cancellation without paying fine

You can cancel allotment of KEAM till it is permitted by CEE and if so, no liquidated damage is to be paid.
My Rank is 737 of Kerala Engineering Entrance. Which is the better choice for me.
Civil in CET
EC in TKM, MAC
EC in RIT, Kottayam

It depends on your branch preference which you have not mentioned. CET, TKM and MAC in that order are ahead of KTE in student demand.
