Fee is 35,000/- per year. You will have to apy a Caution Deposit of Rs.10,000/- while joining the college. Other remittances to be made at the time of joining will include Admission fee, University fee, Special fee etc.which has not be specified in the Govt orders.

I got 2118 rank in KEAM 2010 and first trial allotment I got CS in MAC, kOTHAMANGALAM. But I want CE, can i get in TKM or MAC or TVE,
Placement bais which college is best.

2076 was the last allotted rank under SM for CE in TVE in 2009. In TKM it was 3249 and at MAC it was 4136 in 2009. Regarding placements, TVE is a bit ahead of MAC and TKM. However MAC and TKM are reputed colleges demanded by students. Do not be worried over that,

You will have to contact the students there and also faculty or even former students of the college to get first hand information. You can also visit the colleges and try to see the facilities. You can contact the placement cell officer there to know about the placements there.

It depends on the specific school you are looking for. CBSE schools generally complete the admissions in June.

You have to approach the academic section of one of the Universities in Kerala to get the approval status by the University. if approved by a University in kerala, it will be approved by the PSC.
