When the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations include them in the allotment process. MBBS Govt options were available till 3 pm on 14th for registration.
Sir, according to the website payment of fees is from 17th to 21st but 19th and 20th are weekends will the banks function on these two days ? please do reply sir ..

19th is a working day (half day). Whether CEE has made any arrangements for payment of fee till normal working hours on Saturday and also on Sunday (a holiday for many branches) is not known. Hope things will be clear when the announcement on ther allotments come. Anyhow, even otherwise it is better not to wait for such orders. Try to pay the fee at the earliest.

AS per the data given at http://education.mathrubhumi.com/static/downloads/CUSATLR%20090909.pdf candiates with this rank got allotment for all courses in 2009 under General/Free category. However rememebr that things need not be like that this year. Anyway good luck!

Is it possible to change the college after opting the first allotment ,
in case seats arise in the college of first choice after NIT and AIEEE admissions.

Your options registered now will be the basis of future allotments also. If you get a seat in first allotment and pay the fee, and seats arise subsequently in colleges which are your higher choices, you will be considered for those options as per your eligibility in subsequent rounds and given a change if you become eligible for that seat.

For Arch at NITC, as per 2009 allotmetns, the closing All India rank in 5th round for candidate allotted under Home State quota in OP category is 1840. So chances are low.

Mech and Civil are branches in demand compared to Bio medical. Regarding repeating the engineering entrance, it may not be a wise decision.

Both had good placement records till 2009.

Architecture options can be given as and when it is opened for registration. If you get allotment in that there is provision to accept that. The rank list for Arch can be expected after June 15th only.
