As per the Notification at https://cee.kerala.gov.in/keamonline2020/public/pdf/reviseddate_ews.pdf, the last date is 8.4.2020. However, in the present situation, it is not known if the date will be extended. Keep watching the website of CEE regularly for updates.

It is doubtful if the scheme of study that you have enrolled still continues, This can be confirmed only from the University office or from the School of Distance Education where you might have registered .Please contact the University. If the scheme still exists, you may be able to renew your registration and complete the course. If not, the University would guide you on how to proceed.

It is possible to apply for PG in some Non-Science subjects generally even for a Science Graduate. If you want to know about the possibility of applying for any specific subject, please specify the subject.
