You will get back the amount you remit in SBT branch now to ensure the seat in CET , if you don't join the college on or before the date directed by the CEE. But it will take some time, say by December 2010. You can try at NIT without any hesitation. If the NIT get is not acceptable to you, you may prefer CET. Then you will lose only Rs.1000/.
Sir My son got printing tecnology in govt sponsored self financing in first allotment,which was given by mistake in options. What will do now, if we do not pay the fee the next allotment will not be there? if we pay and we don't want to join this branch is it refundable?. In 2nd, 3rd or 4th allotment can we get better branches? if not the money will be refunded or not, please explain we are waiting for your reply to pay the money.Cusat couselling date is 08/07/10 if we get better branches in Cusat can shit there and get the money back. Please explain

Whatever may be the branch, if you donot remit the fee now, you will be removed from the next phase of allotment. Since there are another allotments, you can expect a better option. Without knowing the option list we cannot give you a detailed reply.
sir, how good are the cape and ihrd colleges in terms of infrastructure, facilities and so on....are they good enough??

Pl. specify the name of the colleges without which a clear reply is difficult. IHRD's Chengannur college is one of the best colleges in Kerala. At the same time they have some other colleges which are not of the same standard.
I have got allottment in management seat KEAM 2010.If i get higher option on second allottment on merit seat, will they refund the extra amount?(ie, 65000-20000=45000)

In that case the excess amount will be repaid by the CEE. But it will take some time, say by Nov - December. That is, after completing all admissions this year.

i appeared for kerala entrance exam and i got my rank as 31000. i gave options and i am not in this first allotment. will i get allotment in this 2nd allotment? may i know wat is dis last rank details?

There is chance in second allotment if you had excercised the options wisely. Wait for the second allotment. All the best.
My KEAM rank is 1644 and i got allotment in NSS Palakkad for ME. i hv given option for EEE and ME for TCR - can i get allotment in the 2nd allotment

Wait for the second allotment. Now you need only pay the fees and need not go the college till the CEE says so.
