Any course related to computer science can fetch jobs at various level provided you exhibit your expertise in the subject. It is your aptitude that matters more than the course. You can think of courses like Master of Computer Applications, MSc Computer Science with different specializations, MSc in Information Technology, MSc in Electronics etc. There are also Certification courses that can be thought of based on your interest. CDIT, KELTRON, CDAC, NIELIT, are some agencies offering such course. There are several private agencies offering these courses.

For NEET, documents are not required to be submitted with the application or at any stage. After results are declared and if you get allotment, the documents are to be produced while taking admissions. In case of KEAM, there a re documents to be uploaded to the Commissioner for Entrance examinations as part of the application process. In the scrutiny stage, this will be checked and if any drawback is seen or any document //claim is not proper, that will be notified in the candidates page and the same has to be rectified by the applicant within the specified time limit. It is true that there is no branch is specified in the advertisement. But the post notified carries the areas of specialization. Technically there is no problem in applying. At short listing stage, if they consider the branch also, there may be an issue . Second thing is whether you will be able to work in the specified areas with your present area of study has to be thought of. Anyhow, apply and see,

if you are interested in higher studies you can go for MA Economics or MA in Economics related subjects like Business Economics, Quantitative Economics, Econometrics, Applied Economics, Mathematical Economics, Agricultural Economics etc. After that M.Phil/PhD Options are there.
If interested in teaching filed, go for BEd if the interest is in High School teaching or else take MA and BEd for Higher Secondary level teaching. In both cases you have to clear KTET (for High School) and SET for Higher Secondary. For College/University level teaching NET or PhD would be needed.
Then with BA you can try for jobs/areas which have degree as the basic eligibility like Civil Services, CGLE of SSC, State PSC jobs, Bank Officer and clerical jobs etc.
With a PG you can also try for higher levels posts in State/Central Government/Reserve Bank, Indian Economic Service etc. These are some of the openings
