It depends on the requirements of the recruiting agency, Short terms courses related in Computer related field (including hardware maintenance, Networking, application oriented courses like photoshop,), some courses in hospitality and hotel sector; printing technology, etc can also fetch jobs. Dont look at the job prospects and do the course compromising on your aptitude.

BTech Artificial Intelligence (AI) is offered at IIT Hyderabad. The admission is through JEE Advanced. Several other Private Universities offer B Tech Computer Science and Engineering with AI /Machine learning as specialization. I am a CBSE higher secondary (Computer batch) passed out student of 2019 batch. But my percentage of mark was below 75% . So I have written CBSE+2 improvement exam in 2020 for Physics , Chemistry and maths and is awaiting result ( excepting good marks).If I qualify in the JEE (2020 July exam) am I eligible for admission to NIT.
If not qualifying in 2020 JEE am I eligible to appear for JEE in 2021

If you qualify in JEE Main and you have the 75% cut off for NIT, if you get allotment through JOSAA, you will get admission in NITs.
For 2020 admissions the eligibility year condition was as follows: Only those candidates who have passed their Class 12th Examination or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2018 or 2019; or those who are appearing in their Class 12th Examination or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2020 are eligible to appear in JEE(Main) January/April -2020 Examination. So for 2021 admissions, those passed in 2019, 2020 and those appearing in 2021 should be eligible if there is no change in the basic condition.

BSc Data science course is not there in Kerala as per our information. The Programme is offered in Universities outside the state. Some of them are Karunya University, SRM University, Symbiosis Skill and Professional University Pune, Academy of Maritime Education and Training etc.
All courses are job oriented if you complete the course as per the standards expected by the Industry. If you specify an area some courses can be pointed out.
