If you are asking about admission to Govt Engineering colleges in Kerala, it is not based on JEE Main Rank, but based on KEAM rank

You can study BTech Food Technology and Bachelor of Fisheries Science at KUFOS after Plus 2. For B.Tech admission is through Kerala Engineering Entrance and for Bachelor of Fisheries Science, it is based on NEET UG rank and Kerala Medical rank based on it for admission made by CEE Kerala, For Fisheries Science course there is another admission to 15% All India Quota seats based on the All India Entrance Examination conducted by ICAR.
