There is no fee concession for EWS as such. There is only reservation. If you are otherwise eligible for any scholarship including the BPL scholarship in Self financing colleges, you can apply for that.

Notification for 2020 has not come. In 2019, Candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination of the Kerala state with Physics,
Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics as Optional subjects or equivalent thereto are eligible. Usually NIOS Senior secondary is equivalent to Kerala Higher Secondary and other examinations if the candidate has studied 5 subject (with the required ones) So you should be able to apply.

I am a NEET 2020 result awaiting candidate hoping to take admission in a government medical college in Kerla. When I logged into KEAM 2020 candidate portal, it was shown that"your claim for NRI quota is not accepted", though I haven't claimed for it. Would this affect my admission in any manner?

It seems it is a common message sent to all. If you are interested in NRI quota you can give certificates now. If not just leave it.
