കേരളത്തിലെ പ്രൊഫഷണൽ കോഴ്സ് പ്രവേശനത്തിൽ ഒ.ബി.സി. സംവരണം ഇല്ല. കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ അലോട്ടുമെൻ്റിലാണ് ഒ.ബി.സി. സംവരണം ഉള്ളത്. ഒ.ബി.സി. ആനുകൂല്യമുള്ള എല്ലാ വിഭാഗക്കാരെയും ഒറ്റ വിഭാഗമായി പരിഗണിച്ചാണ് മെഡിക്കൽ കൗൺസലിംഗ് കമ്മറ്റി സീറ്റ് അനുവദിക്കുന്നത്. കേരളത്തിൽ പ്രൊഫഷണൽ കോഴ്സ് പ്രവേശനത്തിന് എസ്.ഇ.ബി.സി (സോഷ്യലി & എജ്യൂക്കേഷണലി ബാക് വേർഡ് ക്ലാസസ്) സംവരണമാണുള്ളത്. മാത്രമല്ല അതിൽ 9 ഉപവിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരോന്നിനും നിശ്ചിത ശതമാനം സീറ്റ് നീക്കിവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. അതിനാൽ നിങ്ങൾ എസ്.ഇ.ബി.സി. വിഭാഗത്തിലെ ഏത് ഉപവിഭാഗ സംവരണം ഉള്ള അപേക്ഷാർത്ഥിയാണെന്നറിയാതെ നിങ്ങളുടെ സാധ്യത വിലയിരുത്താൻ കഴിയില്ല.

മെഡിക്കൽ റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഇടം നേടിയ സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യമുള്ളവരുടെ, സംവരണ വിഭാഗത്തിലെ സ്ഥാനം വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്ന പട്ടികയാണ് കാറ്റഗറി പട്ടിക. ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് ഈഴവ കാറ്റഗറി പട്ടികയിൽ ഇടം നേടുന്നത്, മെഡിക്കൽ റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിലെ ഈഴവ സംവരണം അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ടവർ മാത്രമായിരിക്കും. അവരിൽ ഏറ്റവും ഉയർന്ന കേരള മെഡിക്കൽ റാങ്കുളളയാളിന് കാറ്റഗറി പട്ടികയിൽ ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനം കിട്ടും. അടുത്ത ഉയർന്ന റാങ്കുള്ളയാളിന് രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനം കിട്ടും. ഇപ്രകാരം മറ്റുള്ളവർക്കും പട്ടികയിൽ നിശ്ചിത സ്ഥാനം അനുവദിക്കും.

എം.ബി.ബി.എസ്. ന് സർക്കാർ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിൽ ഈഴവ വിഭാഗത്തിന് 100 സീറ്റ് സംവരണം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നു കരുതുക. ഈ സീറ്റുകൾ ഈഴവ സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യം ഉള്ളവർക്ക് മാത്രം അർഹതപ്പെട്ടതാണ്. അവരുടെ പട്ടികയാണ് ഈഴവ കാറ്റഗറി പട്ടിക. ഇവർക്ക് മൊത്തം 100 സീറ്റ് സംവരണം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതിനാൽ ഈഴവ കാറ്റഗറി പട്ടികയിൽ 100 വരെ സ്ഥാനം ഉള്ളവർക്ക്, ഈഴവ സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യം വച്ച് ഒരു എം.ബി.ബി.എസ്. സീറ്റ് ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു സർക്കാർ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിൽ കിട്ടുമെന്ന് ഉറപ്പിക്കാം.

പക്ഷെ, സംവരണ അനുകൂല്യം ഉള്ളവർ ഉൾപ്പടെ എല്ലാ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെയും അലോട്ടുമെൻ്റിനായി ആദ്യം പരിഗണിക്കുക സ്റ്റേറ്റ് മെരിറ്റിൽ (എസ്.എം) ആയിരിക്കും. അതിനാൽ ഈഴവ കാറ്റഗറി പട്ടികയിൽ ഉള്ളവരെയും, അലോട്ടുമെൻ്റിനായി ആദ്യം പരിഗണിക്കുക, സ്റ്റേറ്റ് മെരിറ്റിൽ തന്നെയായിരിക്കും. അങ്ങനെ പരിഗണിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഈഴവ കാറ്റഗറി പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവരിൽ 120-ാം സ്ഥാനം വരെയുള്ളവർക്ക് സ്റ്റേറ്റ് മെരിറ്റ് സീറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുന്നുവെന്നു കരുതുക. അവരെ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് മെരിറ്റിൽ തന്നെ അലോട്ടു ചെയ്യും.
ഈഴവ കാറ്റഗറി പട്ടികയിൽ 1 മുതൽ 120 സ്ഥാനം വരെയുള്ളവർ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് മെരിറ്റിൽ അലോട്ടുമെൻ്റ് നേടിയതിനാൽ കാറ്റഗറി സ്ഥാനം 121 മുതൽ 220 (100 സീറ്റിലേക്ക് 100 പേർ) വരെ സ്ഥാനമുള്ളവർക്ക് ഈഴവ സംവരണ സീറ്റ് വഴി ഏതെങ്കിലുമൊരു സർക്കാർ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിൽ എം.ബി.ബി.എസ്. സീറ്റ് ഉറപ്പാക്കാം. ഇവരിൽ ആരെങ്കിലും അലോടുമെൻ്റിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാതിരിക്കുകയാ മറ്റ് കോഴ്സിൽ പ്രവേശനം നേടുകയോ ചെയ്താൽ അത്രയും സ്ഥാനം കൂടി താഴെയുള്ളവർക്ക് ഏതെങ്കിലും സർക്കാർ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിൽ എം.ബി.ബി.എസ്. സീറ്റ് ഉറപ്പാക്കാം. ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് 10 പേർ ഇങ്ങനെ പ്രക്രിയയിൽ നിന്നും മാറി നിന്നാൽ 221 മുതൽ 230 വരെ സ്ഥാനമുള്ളവർക്കും സീറ്റ് ലഭിക്കും.

എല്ലാ സംവരണ വിഭാഗക്കാർക്കും അവരുടെ വിഭാഗത്തിൻ്റെ സീറ്റ് ലഭ്യത അറിയാമെങ്കിൽ ഇപ്രകാരം ഗവൺമൻ്റ് എം.ബി.ബി.എസ്. സാധ്യത വിലയിരുത്താം.

In the normal route, you will have to first take BA Malayalam, then MA Malayalam and also BEd in the concerned subject. You will also have to clear the State Eligibility Test for eligibility to become a Higher Secondary teacher. For BVSc AH Admissions in Kerala, you need to appear for NEET UG and score 20 marks out of 720 to come in the rank list. You will also have to apply to CEE as and when application for Medical and Medical Allied streams is called by CEE. You can also get admission to Colleges i9n Kerala through the all India counselling conducted by Veterinary Council of India., But for taking part in it, you need to have scored the qualifying marks of NEET UG 50th percentile.

This is the first time CEE making allotments to B Tech Biotechnology of KAU based on NEET results. So we have to wait and see.
