I have actually read ur response on esi mbbs admissions you have said that those seats are considered under all india quota but as per latest news report some have taken the case to the court and the seats has been restored. Any updates on thos?

We do not provide answers based on Official reports and orders, There is no order at https://www.esic.nic.in/admissions that informs officially that the seats of IP quota have been restored.

If you do not want to change from the first allotment, there is no need to confirm Your first allotment will be retained.
In category list it's showing withheld .will it effect my reservation in obc

Try to resolve the issue based on which it is withheld. The result will be released after that. Contact office of the CEE immediately.
IS it necessary for confirmation of second allotment in cusat. I have already got first allotment and paid the fees.Now i have a higher option. If i didn't confirm it,will it affect my third allotment.

As per G.O.(MS) No. 02/2020/P&ARD dated 12.02.2020, reservation to economically weaker section from forward caste had been accorded for education purpose also. All the courses of various universities have reserved seats for ews category in the current course year. The medical allotment of KEAM have also allocated seats for ews. But for engineering stream of KEAM, there has been no allotment for ews category in the published category list and first allotment. Why are the students deprived of this reservation in engineering stream of KEAM allotment? will there by any allotment in ews category this year?

Wait for the announcement of the third allotment. The chances for allotment in third round will depend on the vacancies after the second round..
If I don't get keam second allotment wheather i can join in the college that i get in the first allotment

If you have accepted the allotment of first round by paying then fees for the course, your first allotment is safe. You will have to join that college after the second allotment if there is no change in the second allotment. If there is a change in the second allotment, then you will have to join the re-allotted college as given in the allotment memo of the second round.
According to the New Education Policy 2020, all MPhils will be discontinued. However, after just completing my Post Graduation in Psychology, my next best option is to opt for MPhil in order to practice. Hence, this new policy provides a very uncertain future. I, personally was going to go for MPhil in Forensic Psychology and I was wondering whether opting for this course during this uncertain time would be worth it. Or else, should I opt for MPhil in Clinical Psychology which is RCI approved, since RCI license is necessary to become a clinical psychologist. Hoping to get a better insight from you. Thanking you.

Till the new policy is implemented the existing system will continue. If admissions for M.Phil are still open, you can join that. based on your future plans and existing norms

I got first allotment in KEAM but I haven't got data sheet. When will it publishes? When I want to join the college?

Data sheet will be made available in your Home Page before the joining date in colleges. The date to join colleges based on KEAM allotment will also be notified by CEE in due course.
