You must go/login to your Home page and there you will have a link to upload the mark. Also read the notification at https://cee.kerala.gov.in/keam_2020/public/pdf/NEETMark_Mal.pdf which gives the detailed procedure to do the uploading

All students including those having reservation benefits will be first considered under state merit. Only if they do not become eligible for State Merit, they will be considered under reservation category

For All India Allotments through MCC this is the time to register options and participate in the allotment process. For Kerala, this is the time to upload your NEET Score a the Home page in the site of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Only after the rank list and category list of Kerala Medical Admissions are announced you will be able to register options for various courses . All these details will be made available in the websites of the CEE. Keep watching the websites.

I may get an MBBS admission through state quota in self finance college this year. If Iam alloted a seat I have to join invariably to participate in second round.Meanwhile, in second round of MCC counseling, I may get a Govt. seat. In that case, can I surrender the state quota seat and join govt college without losing fee remitted to self finance college?

After State first round, it will be the second round of All India Allotment. You can move out from first allotment of state and join the seat allotted in second All India Allotment without losing the fee remitted in the state allotment

You should have registered for the allotment process of the University concerned. After that you can participate in the allotment process of the University concerned

My name is Sreelakshmi, I'm from palakkad district , I have appeared NEET exam last September, I got 132 marks out of 720 & 46.07 percentile score. I'm from UR-GENERAL category. I tried to apply MCC counseling but every time the tab shows that wrong roll number and all , I don't know the reason behind this , some one says that I'm not qualified for this due to lackage of 50 percentile score .
Please try to solve this and give the actual reason behind this

Since you have not scored 50th percentile needed for your category, you are not eligible for MCC Counselling. However, you will be considered for Medical Allied courses in Kerala
