The category list for OE has been published. If you are included in that you will get fee concession. If you have uploaded the community certificate you will be exempted from payment of fee as per Clause 5.4.3 (g) of KEAM Prospectus 2020

It will depend on the availability of seats under EWS for 202. CEE has not published that so far,

CEE has not published the seat break-up for any course so far. However as per the letter at https://cee.kerala.gov.in/keam_2020/public/pdf/EWS_KVASU.pdf seats should be there for EWS category in Veterinary Course.
I got 307 marks in neet 2020.. My kerala rank was 24000.. Will I get any course in merit seat

It is time for registering options. Register options and see the chances. Last year candidates with this KEAM ran have got allotments for BDS BSMS, BUMS in Private Self financing Colleges. But this trend need not repeat this year.

No order has come increasing the seats in Medical Colleges in Kerala for 2020, In 2019 seats were increased for proving EWS reservation
I have taken admission in an engineering college. Whether I want to apply for spot allotment and mop-up counselling for considering in the next round? What is the difference between these two? When will the list of students included in the tfw scheme publishes? If I will be included in it,can I be able to participate in spot admission and mop -up round?

Mop up round and Spot allotment are stray vacancy filling rounds. Mop up was done online and Spot by Physical presence last year. We have to wait for the announcements related to the processes this year . Please see clause 11.6.9 of the KEAM 2020 Prospectus
