ഞാൻ കണ്ണൂർ സർവകലാശാലയുടെ distant education വഴിയാണ് ഡിഗ്രീ പഠിപ്പിച്ചത് എനിക്ക് ഏതങ്കിലും സെൻട്രൽ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിൽ നിന്ന് regular PG ചെയ്യണം എന്നുണ്ട് അതിനു ഞാൻ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യണ്ടത്

There are several ways to achieve this. Based on the University you are looking for, visit the website of the University and understand their admission process including entrance Test if any. Apply based on that information. There is also the Central University Common Entrance Test a common admission process for 14 Central Universities. You can check the website https://www.cucetexam.in/

It depends on the rules of the university concerned. M.Phil is not a general requirement. Generally it is JRF that is needed. If you do not have that you have to appear for the entrance for admission to the research programme. If you have M.Phil, you may be exempted from the entrance test for admission. For age condition you will have to check the advertisement of the University concerned.
I have done two PG courses via distance mode same time from different Universities..
( 2016-18 ) both was distance mode.
Doing two PG same time is valid or not ?
Will I face any problem because both PG having same Year..?

As per rule it is not possible/permissible to do two regular courses at the same time whether it is by distance mode also..
My daughter got allotment in ICAR 2nd counselling and took Admission there since it was her dream. But she had taken admission in KEAM engg. Because she wasn't sure about ICAR since it's result was not even declared. What do we do now ? Is this our fault or the government's who failed to conduct these processes without planning? Do we have to pay penalty fee? If so, how much ?

The rules related to refund of fee on admission cancellation is as follows as per KEAM Prospectus 2020.
ഓൾ ഇന്ത്യ കൗൺസിൽ ഫോർ ടെക്നിക്കൽ എജ്യൂക്കേഷൻ (എ.ഐ.സി.ടി.ഇ) - ൻ്റെ പരിധിയിൽ വരുന്ന എൻജിനിയറിങ്, ഫാർമസി പ്രോഗ്രാമുകളുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ, ഫീ റീഫണ്ട് വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ, 2020-21 ലെ എ.ഐ.സി.ടി.ഇ.അപ്രൂവൽ പ്രോസസ് ഹാൻഡ് ബുക്കിൽ വിശദീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. കീം 2020 പ്രോസ്പക്ടസ് ക്ലോസ് 12.2.2, 12.2.3 എന്നിവയിൽ ഇതിൻ്റെ വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുമുണ്ട്.

കോഴ്സിൽ പ്രവേശനം നേടിയ ശേഷം വിദ്യാർത്ഥി അഡ്മിഷൻ റദ്ദു ചെയ്യുകയും, അങ്ങനെ വന്ന ഒഴിവിൽ പ്രവേശനത്തിനുള്ള അവസാന തിയ്യതിക്കകം മറ്റൊരു വിദ്യാർത്ഥിക്ക് പ്രവേശനം നൽകുകയും ചെയ്താൽ,

You can work as Physical Education teacher, depending on your qualification, it can be in schools or colleges. Some of the other options are working as a Trainer, Coach, Fitness Expert, Sports Manager, Physical Therapist, Health Educator etc..

Allotment s are based on General rank but considering the reservation benefits also. All candidates are first considered under state merit. If a student having reservation benefit does not become eligible for allotment in State Merit, then that student will be considered for allotment in the reservation seat.
Currently I am doing my bachelor's degree in English in Kerala. Allotment to 15% of the seats to BAMS Course in Self-Financing Ayurveda colleges in Kerala irrespective of candidate’s domicile will also be done by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
